I do not see a big difference between a Laramie and the Limited or Longhorn at all.....I would like the 360 cam view on the Laramie and will have it like I do on 19 Laramie now when I get the 23 with Night Edition package with the use of a Tazer. The only thing I was not too happy about was 22 inch wheels on the 23 Night Edition, I would have preferred the 20 Inch over the 22 inch if I had the option.
All the more reason for you to stick with a Laramie then.

I'm sure it was about $74k, everything but the heads up and of course you can't get any of the sport/nite/etc editions because they each MUST include a console.
You can't get the bright blue or my flame red in a Limited. Very important choice since I have driven Patriot Blue Rams for 20 miles.

I also didn't get the tire trailer tire pressure monitors.
Am I the last real man buying a RAM that wants his wife to sit next to him without a barricade? Next step is Stellantis merging with Subaru the alternative lifestyle choice car mark?
I have cloth seats in my '04 SLT and the seats look like 1920's football sweaters after 10 minutes of German Shepherd dog seat time.

2023 Flame Red Laramie. Crew Cab 4x4, 5.7L Hemi with eTorque, 5'7" bed
Anti-Spin rear diff., 3.92 gears, 4-Wheel air suspension
33 gal gas tank, wheel house liners, Laramie Level II equipment group
Advanced Safety Group, Trailer Tow Group, Chrome Power-folding tow mirrors
Power Running Boards, Trim-fold tonneau group, RamBox Cargo Management System
Leather Trimmed 40-20-40 front bench seating, Connect 12 inch touch screen
Dual Pane Panoramic Sunroof

The last time I sat next to my girlfriend in my truck was my senior year in high school. 😆

You are right, but we demanded 6 passenger seating and it was literally the only way to get all the technology we wanted with the 6 passenger seating on our coming '23 Laramie..
This is true. Might hurt a bit at resale…unless you find another buyer wanting the same thing. At least you got what you wanted!

Getting ready to order a 2023 Laramie Night Edition with the Laramie 2 package etc. I hope I like the 22 inch wheels over the 20 inch but with the Night edition you get no option for 20 inch wheels. ):

My '19 Black edition had 22" wheels, which I did not like at all. When the stock tires were getting near needing to be replaced (which only took 20-something thousand miles), I found that 22" tires were a lot more expensive than 20" tires. So much so that I bought 20" wheels with tires on them from TireRack.com. They were delivered with TPMS sensors already installed and the tires already inflated and balanced. Ready to bolt on the truck.

It cost a few hundred bucks more than just buying 22" tires. But, after buying tires again two more times since then, the money I have saved on tires has more than paid for the cost of the wheels themselves. And I like my wheels a LOT more than the stock wheels I had.

My current Ram has lasted me 16 years. At 60+ years old I doubt I need to worry about another.
Father in law bought a Honda Fit in 2011, he was 95 in September. About April he didn't want to turn the plates in to DMV.
Mother in laws car is a 2003 Gran Marquis she will be 93 in February.
Both hopefully are not currently driving but you never know.

Wish you the best of luck like they have.

Ram is 4 years old this month and I'm 67. Still have my 2001 Dodge SLT 1500. Hopefully the 2019 will have a long life also. If similar that will take me to 85. Father in law bought the Fit at 83/84 years of age.

Just can't call the future.

Nice to know thanks for the intel. I think I will be putting the order next week and will ask id Dealer can come up with 20 inch wheels for the 22 inch to seal the deal.

Getting ready to okay the trade/order for the 2023 Laramie next week. Going to try and get the dealer to switch out the 22 inch wheels to 20 inch for me before we say "I do" another thing that is very disappointing is color choice for 2023. All you can get is Black, Ivory White, Bright White, and Flame Red. I went with Bright White at ZERO additional cost Vs. near $800. more for Ivory White. I have Ivory White now on my 2019 and I have "White Knuckle: which is "Bright White" on the Hellcat and you can park them side by side and cannot tell the difference. The Ivory has flakes in it but you have to be right up on top of it to see it! IMO its not worth 800 bucks . hard to grasp a 70k truck and all you can get is a choice of 4 colors!!! ):

Well no one wanted to ditch 22 inch wheels and out of three dealers! I found one dealer willing to sell me a truck for invoice price! I WAS SHOCKED! So I ordered the 2023 Laramie loaded up pretty much like my 2019 with 20 inch wheels Sport Appearance Package on Monday the 11-21-22. Decided against the Night Edition and saved 4500 bucks by changing my mind and going with the Sport Package and this dealer as well. This most likely will be my last truck in my life so I hope no issues with it! It will be the last of the 5.7 Hemi's or at least that is my plan. :)
The bad thing right now is colors they only have 4 you can order, Bright White, Ivory, Flame Red and Black.

Thank you for all the input on the Limited models over the Laramie's and then I kind of got stuck on the packages a bit as well. For what I believe I like and want the Laramie will be just fine for my last new truck. Unless things come totally different as one said long ago "while we are busy making plans life is running its course!"
Thank again you all!!

Happy Thanksgiving today to all as well!

If you’re ordering, you can order from Mark Dodge, down in Louisiana, and get whatever you want for a little less than dealer invoice. Not sticker. Dealer invoice.

They’ll even deliver it to you for not much.

Just fyi.

Thanks for heads up! But this dealer is at Invoice not the sticker which was 76143 and only 17 miles from my house! I just could no go any where else. The dealer who sold my Hellcat to me best he could do was 4300 and change higher than this dealer! We put the Order in Monday over the phone locked the deal in at invoice no deposit and will give what ever incentive FCA has going on when truck arrives at dealer. The only catch was same as three other dealers could not lock down a trade in price accurate on mine due to timing of Mkt. and when new one arrives and of course how ever many miles I pile on until then. Unless I wanted to surender truck now and I did not. I just can't ask for a better deal.

how are you able to order a 2023? Do you have to go directly to a dealer?

hmmmm...they still have a Limited, AND a Limited Longhorn as far as I can tell.
That’s correct. A Limited Longhorn (formerly called a Laramie Longhorn) is right on par with a “regular” Limited, which was the point of my post.

Yeah just different colors at least when I was looking at it. The Longhorn was more "country" and the Limited was more "modern"

The most glaring difference for me between the Longhorn and the Limited is that you can't get a Longhorn without a chrome grille.
