SiriusXM Popup Ad

My free subscription to SiriusXM ended and now I have a popup ad showing up on my screen when I start my 2022 1500 Laramie. None of my systems can be accessed until I respond to the ad and clear it, which I do 10 times a day! I called Uconnect's (877)635-5027 and spoke to them and they said that it was a SiriusXM issue. They referred me to (866)-635-2349, a SiriusXM service number. That rep (and their supervisor) told me that the only way to remove the ad was to schedule an appointment with my dealership and have the radio removed. I called the dealership, mostly to get their reaction, and we all had a good chuckle. I'm waiting for everyone to get back to me but I figured that there must be some smart people in this forum who could offer a solution other than to remove the radio or to subscribe to SiriusXM (since that would surely end the popup). BTW, I have a real problem with RAM allowing SiriusXM to interrupt with my entire Uconnect System's operation at startup. Any solutions would be appreciated.

SiriusXM has a “listen for free” promotion going on right now until December 5th. If you just hit ok instead of hitting x to close it, it won’t pop up anymore.

No luck dismissing the ad with "OK" instead of pressing "X." Still getting the popup ad and it's now 12/6/22. Annoying to have to clear the SiriusXM ad 10 times a day!

Did you find a solution. I have this popup every time I start my truck too. Its very annoying. I tried disabling the notifications, but that didn't help.

The only thing I did for both persistent pop ups (the first one letting me know I could listen for free, and the second one after December 5th letting me know I can subscribe) was I just pressed on the center of the message. Not the “X”. After that, I haven’t seen them again.
