I mean, you are still replying to him about it, so technically, you are as well
I'm just having fun with it now but I think you were the one going back and forth with him about dealerships and free washer fluid lol

Yeah, but I'm also not complaining about him arguing.

I emailed the manufacturer for the Peak all-in-one and they said they are unaware of any issues with this fluid for tank sensors or auto wiper sensors. It has 3 ingredients and 1 is water so hopefully it won't mess anything up. I bought 6 jugs for $2.79 (reg $5.99). Should last a few years.

I thought something was up when I saw a thread about washer fluid and there was 52 replies! Hey, here’s to 52 more cheers 🍻.

That said, I have used the cheapest blue stuff I could find in every car I have ever owned for as long as I have owned them, also in the northern most states in winter. For a long time that’s all you could get. It works fine and there’s nothing wrong with it. If you like the other stuff better for whatever reason, cool. More power to ya. 🤷🏻‍♂️

well if you really wanna go cheap buy the blue pills from amazon and mix it yourself. You can even dilute it to make 3 gallons out of 1 pill (the recommended formula is usually 1 pill/ gallon)

personally I use the green concentrated one found here

Works like charm for those bug splatters and stuff that get on your windshield when you take long trips. I use this for both the Ram and my E90 M.

If you make your own from the "little blue pills", at least your wipers will stay rigid. ;)

This doesn't offer freeze protection. This would be a major drawback.

I have added diluted alcohol before. Cleaned the windshield great and did not freeze. Multiple drawbacks though. It was tails so it did not smell great. Not really good for the wiper blades. If you don't know a source I guess it would be an expensive option. 😉

I have used Rainx my entire life, 2 kinds 1 for all season and sometimes the deicer.
Never had a problem.

I forget there even is a low sensor, use it until it's dry then empty an entire gallon into it.

The thought of driving to a dealership to get your windshield washer fluid topped off for free, now THATS a Karen.

How is it a KAREN? It is done everyday for customers, so is topping of fluids, checking tire pressures, There are plenty of people out there(esp in the older crowd) that have no problems asking for it. They even go inside and grab a cookie and a coffee while they wait.

Oh your are the same person who claims there is a battery IN the radio......

I must say I've never even thought of going to my dealership to get fluids topped off. It seems like a major time-suck. Not to mention I've had vehicles in the dealership where they didn't even top off the fluids which was included in the LOF package.
