Not a big fan of the front center look of the front plate. Was wondering if anyone had tried something different successfully to mount off to the side. Perhaps something like this

Ford Raptor License Plate Relocation Bracket

That’s for the raptor, attached to the tow hook, which I think looks pretty good. Don’t think this specifically would fit our tow hooks as the sizes may be different.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I’m currently not running a front plate either at the moment, haven’t had any trouble yet in NJ, but think it’s a good idea to get ahead of it, because I’d surely get a ticket for my tint etc if I got pulled over for the plate.

front plates are stupid.
everyone should contact SEMA action network to get the laws of your state changed.
Always felt front plates were a waste. Ohio finally realized they could save/make money by only requiring a rear plate, but charging the same price for registration :ROFLMAO:

Alaska finally last week signed into law stating only the rear plate was needed. No front plate required any longer. YES!!!! That ugly front yellow plate is gone as of today. Now to get plugs for the holes.

So about 2 weeks ago someone stole my front plate of my truck in my driveway! Whomever was both determined and polite since they had to purchase the security star wrenches to unscrew it. And then they put the screws back, which meant they had to be laying down in the street to reach behind the bumper to put the nuts on the back properly. They weren't even stripped! Cheers to whomever has the single plate starting with NXW, it's not valid any longer.

That’s the Mopar version hood protector. Sorry I just can’t bring myself to call it a bug shield. Protects more against small rocks than bugs - at least in the Midwest.

Texas requires a front plate but I have never used one. Never put them on as the truck looks so much better without them.

But TO ME having the plate on the side looks even worse than the middle.

It's good there was no damage but the thief doesn't care if the plate is valid or not. It's probably going to be put on a stolen car anyway.
