Sound deadener on the rear floorpan and back wall. Noticeable difference in quieting down the interior. It’s just cheap Amazon Basics sound deadener but seems pretty high quality to me. Going to buy more and do the doors.

death battery I suppose. 1 year and 5 months of ownership, tried to remote start and nothing was happening, nothing turns on, won't even lock or unlock. no lights.
will have to do some reading on the death battery threats
one thing I noticed recently, this pass Sunday night that the center dash would come on randomly even after truck was lock. First time I really notice this,
Would this be normal and would this possibly drain the battery

I made a camera box, as part of my (incomplete) effort to relocate the camera in the CHMSL (third brake light). The picture from this camera displays in the rear view mirror, but I’ve got a bed rack and will be taking a two week road trip with a roof top tent, which will block the camera.

As mentioned, this project is still a work in progress, but I’m pleased with the way the box has come out.

Unfortunately, I got the wrong Fakra cable; I got male/female, but need female on both ends. I don’t think I’ll have this ready for me trip, as I’ve got other, higher priority stuff to work on.

Biggest thing to complete is running the Fakra cable to the back of the bed rack. Do I start behind the mirror, run the cable outside the cab (through the firewall gasket? Some other route?), or do I start at the CHMSL?

I put some felt in my track about 6 months into ownership to help with that rattle. It was much worse with the factory sub vibrating the back wall.

Do you have any photos of this? Suffering from the same annoying rattle when bass hits.

Picked up a quart of bedliner. The plan is to scuff up my chipping powdercoat on my nfab steps and cover them this weekend. If the results aren't great, then I'll go professional with new powder.

For those wanting bed extenders, I did install the Ford F150 (knockoff on eBay for $180), and works like a charm. I like the ability for it to fold away and collapse to the sides. 10mm rivnut and hole for the pin when it's extended out on the tailgate, done.
