USB ports stopped working. How do I access the fuse?

My USB-C ports work but my USB ports do not. I believe it's a fuse issue. How the heck do you access the fuse box under the steering wheel? I can see the fuses but can't reach them or see their numbers? Looks like the box can be popped out. Can anyone advise me before I rip the whole thing out?

Two screws and a tug. That bolster under the steering wheel comes out, then it's real easy.

Yeah not so much. I took the screws out and disconnected the two ports. Still wouldn’t come out. Maybe I’m not tugging enough but it’s connected to something. I’m nervous to yank too hard.
