Great news today. My salesman just texted me. My build has FINALLY moved into D-1. After six plus months of waiting and reading on here about everyone else seeing movement and mine just sits. Well that is over I am officially in D-1 with an ESD of 2/10. I am one happy guy. Those of you with low VIN’s on “Heavily optioned Limiteds “ as my salesman calls them. They are FINALLY moving. Monkeypunch I hope you have received word on yours. :giggle::giggle::giggle::giggle:

Received an update today first order has an eta of 1/29 off the train in MA then 7 days or so until it arrives in NH. WS was before Christmas (22 or 23). Second truck no ETA but window sticker last week I assume it will arrive in NH late Feb. so decision time is approaching 33 gallon tank or trailer steering…. Everything else is the same.

I finally got good news about my truck. “I can see all the required materials for your order have been gathered and the plant has sequenced your order for production, it should be entering the build very soon!” Dealer also says “Heard back from the supply chain. Looks like the schedule build week 02/07/2022” from an august 18th order

Hell ya! My truck is to be built on Wednesday!
When is your estimated delivery date?

I ordered through woodhouse I'm price protected since October order price but storm lake gave you a nice a$$ deal for around here!

how you get dates on your trip down the final assembly line? All I get when I call is its in the production build process. I saw rumor that on the 26th they are running some very old orders (mine is 100517) that day..Mine has been laying on the bottom of the pile of orders since early May21
Ask your salesman or manager for a undated poc if it says D1 then check the bottom for estimated ship date..that's the date scheduled to go down the assembly line

Has anyone received an email from "US Customer Care" notifying them of their expected arrival date to the dealer?
Wondering how accurate this date was for you.

Need to plan on getting plane ticket to fly down to dealer. Or wait until it arrives to the rail yard near the deal to book the flight.

Waiting might be a good choice. Now if you have time to spare, days that turn into weeks as you wait for the truck to arrive at the dealership. You can read many posts concerning transportation delays. I'm just another example. Took a few days to go from railhead to truck transportation lot. Then almost two weeks to make the final two hours to dealership. Murphy is out there waiting for you. Good luck.

Appreciate that response, yeah reading about people waiting 2+ weeks from the railyard is whats getting me to question how accurate that date really is. @triple_B tracker shows 19.5 days WS to lot to Louisiana so falls within that time frame if truck is built and shipped on time.

Interesting, i received VIN from dealer on POC. nothing from Ram other than this email regarding expected delivery date to dealer. I also haven't noticed anyone on this thread mention such an email.

Apologies in advance if this has been answered in the thread before, but is there any general consensus on rough time from going D1 to getting build sheet? It has been a little over a week for me now, and I am curious if i should be expecting a BS any day, or if it might be a month or more away.

Thanks!

A lot of folks are getting them. In my case I have assumed that I am getting information and attention because I called customer care and complained about misinformation from ramchat. They created a “case” and I’ve been receiving sporadic, generalized emails. See latest one attached…. C607F906-247B-44B9-A022-B4A0429DE569.png

I got an email earlier this week from US Customer Care giving me an update on my order. It told me what my expected delivery date to my dealer was, I didn’t ask for the update and it’s the first email I’ve received about my order since placing it in December. My ESD is this Monday 1/24, fingers crossed.

I'd recommend waiting until it arrives at the dealership. Or ask the salesman for a recommendation. If it's MD, they won't mind your truck sitting on their lot for a week or so I'm sure. But better to do that than to book a flight and have to cancel multiple times and rebook.

HMMMM...it is very interesting that so many people here are getting the same information from RamChat or Dealers that your truck is nearly built...don't worry...

Seems very curious to me, and obvious pessimist when it comes to truth from Stellantis et al. Not sure ALL of us are scheduled for builds in the next week or two, but it seems that either the floodgates have opened, or something fishy is going on...
