Thanks! I did try that, nothing shows up . Ram chat told me est delivery of 1/3-1/12 then updated to 1/12-1/19. They said it arrived at its rail destination and is just awaiting a truck to load it onto to deliver it to my dealer. But that worries me that there’s no receipts of its movement

I think some trucks are loaded on rail cars right at the factory. So Cassens wouldn’t be involved. Also, Cassens just operates in the Great Lakes region So once it gets to its final rail destination it will be hauled by which ever transport company operates in your area.
You can check with your dealership. They can print you a report that shows exactly where it is in the process.

Got it! That makes sense. This is all I get on Cassens and it’s been that way for 3+ weeks now. So weird that it’s in Cassens but nothing else will populate for receipts

Celebrating a little victory. After quite a bit of adjustment on my garage door, I figured out how to cram the TRX in my garage. Less than 1/2” of clearance at the threshold! Hope it’s not a problem when I’m low on gas, and I’m riding higher…

Mine was on a train that left New Boston yesterday also. I wonder if we are on the same train. It makes a quick stop in SC before heading on down to FL.

Mine’s headed to Mark Dodge in Lake Charles, LA. I have no idea the detailed route, unfortunately. My dealer told me arrival at the port (Baton Rouge) is estimated to be 1/24. Then truck transport to the dealer “early February”.

Getting that much closer! Now to wait for the eventual arrival. Window sticker means the plant has shipped it (as in it’s cleared the plant and waiting to either get on a rail or transport), right? Not sure how they ship the vehicles to Ontario since we are right on the border.

Yesterday my truck arrived at the dealership unannounced. My salesman has been tracking it daily and notified me that it is likely being loaded onto a truck as he noticed a status change. It has been parked at the local railyard near Philly PA for over two weeks due to the driver shortage. He made a call to the dealer shop and found out that they were already prepping it. It came in the night before or early morning before the sales side opens.

So here’s my time line:
11/26 order
11/30 VIN
12/3 ship date 12/17
12/13 D1
12/17 F (paint)
12/20 JB (vendor)
12/21 KZ (awaiting shipping)
12/29 arrived at rail yard
12/30 awaiting transport to dealer
01/14 pickup at dealer


The deal:
I got Affiliate Rewards (1% below invoice). That equates to about $7k off MSRP. 0% financing for 72 months. In the month it took to make the truck, Ram bumped the price up by $900. I had to eat the upcharge as my dealer wasn’t really happy about giving me AR pricing to begin with. Most dealers around here aren’t backing off MSRP and trucks are selling within a day or two after arrival. I’m being told that I got a smoking deal. Thoughts?

Not unless it's on your POC. I'd talk to your dealer as they might be able to fix it unless it hits D1 status.

Went D1 yesterday. POC has estimated ship date of 2/2. That's for a Limited with VIN starting with 252 ordered on 12/11. Hopefully they start building it on the 2nd.
