Came home from works to find that my start/stop button wouldn't work. Took me almost an hour to figure it out. Long story short I got it to start the next morning after a few tries and got it to start. Went to the dealer who said 1. They are two weeks out. 2. They would obviously need to keep it to diagnose as they've never heard of it before. 3. The dealer "has never given out a loaner" and I'd have to rent a truck for however long they kept it for.
Overall poor customer service from the dealer. I understand being busy and holiday season upon us. But it's frustrating when I need my truck as I work construction and they offered me almost zero help.
Has anyone else ran into this problem? It's not even a year old with about 19,000 on it.
