I sure hope so! I'm not sure how long my old Tundra is going to last and I'm waiting on new numbers.They are hit or miss but man do I love mine, I really can't imagine going back to a 15mpg Hemi. I'm confident they'll work out the bottom end issues which are really the only big unknown, the rest of the problems are fairly easy to remedy.
Has there been any info on whether or not the ecodiesel will get eTorque? Seems like it could benefit greatly from it to prevent the turbo lag. Seems like a no brainer...
I have a '16 ecodiesel and it has been great, but like many others, can't help but be afraid of the long term reliability. Hopefully that is addressed.
