I'm sure your current order is Patriot Blue. I don't think they've opened orders for Blue Shade yet for the US despite what my salesman told me. Blue Shade is a medium greyish-blue as opposed to a darker cobalt-like blue. I like both shades, but they are most definitely very different from each other.

I love the Patriot Blue, the cobalt-like shade that sparkles in the sun. I have no idea what the Blue Shade would be. The photos online for 10th anniversary edition show a well-lit patriot blue-like color. Is that blue shade? or, is that just patriot blue in a certain lighting? Such a mystery. If it's the same as durango reactor blue pearl, I am not sure that is that great from online viewings.

Did mine with Renae at MD on the 15th as well. Mentally preparing for a long wait. They stated about 20 weeks but I’m anticipating some hiccups along the way. Glad this support group is so active to make the waiting less painful.

I ordered there on 7/31 they said 14 to 18 weeks......i now think it could be longer

Was the Indigo/Sea Salt interior you saw on the 10th-anniversary edition the same shade as the Indigo/Frost on the previous limitieds? If not, is it Brighter? Darker? Warmer? Hard to describe I am sure. I have seen the Limited Indigo/Frost, it is a bit cold, but nice. This Sea Salt? Looks nice from your photos.

Hmm… I don’t like the sound of that. Is there any way for your dealer to find out what type of “storage” (i.e., indoor, covered, Ford-style)? And why?

maybe storage, until they have enough to fill the train cart to ship to a certain area? i would not worry or read into it so much. At least its built!

For sure, they actually told me 18-20 weeks. Went to my local dealer lot today to sit inside one, as I haven't even been in one nor driven one yet, and damn that interior is nice. I'm too excited about this truck.

SHAP supposedly has mandatory Saturday work today (all three shifts). But they're also supposedly getting sent home early every day due to shortages.

Yea I'm unfortunately thinking 6 months for the majority of us. Between the chip shortages, supply shortages and worker shortages everywhere, I just don't see it being less than that unless you are incredibly lucky. Expect the worst and hope for the best.

In case y'all didn't see triple_B's post on the other thread, Ram has issued 3,965 build sheets this week. But not a single window sticker. And there are still hundreds (more likely thousands) of unfinished 2021's.

Interesting read. I didn’t see anything new there that we didn’t know already, but it was an interesting perspective by the writer. At first, I thought it was going to be an anti-corporation pro-Union article. And as I read further, I realized it was anti-both. The whole article was about how the workers are abused and down-trodden.

How many of you that have trucks in the build process had estimated ship dates that you are aware of and how close was the build process to those dates? Would be good to know for those of us who are sitting on ship dates.

I had an estimated ship date of 09/14/21
my truck started being built on sept 15 and was completed on sept 16… no word of when it will ship yet

My truck is in JB status (shipped to body vendor) and I have a build sheet that says UC5. I have the 8.4” screen.

Don't beated me master comes to mind. I have been there and done that. Worked and worked and worked. Pay was good though.

The marketing shots so far are all of Patriot blue it is the same truck that I saw at the Chicago auto show and I looked up the build sheet for it

"Thank you for waiting Dennis. The Ram has finished the primary build and it's in the inspection stage. I'd recommend contacting back in a week or two for a new update check, but we are available 24/7 if you do want to contact back sooner."

I haven't been able to pull up a build sheet for my truck. Good news for me if this is true.

The build sheets come out the morning of the next weekday after the truck comes off the main assembly line so if that happened yesterday or today you should expect to see your build sheet Monday morning. Congratulations!
