Not sure which options you're asking about. But since you have a Rebel (and so do I), see my signature line below. I've got about every option you can add, and I've been repeatedly told - and confirmed via updated POC's - that my truck will be built as ordered. That said, I'm not in D1 yet either. So "eventually" they will build it as ordered.
Also note that I ordered way early on, before they started yanking options off the table.
I am about to order a Rebel tomorrow. I was told that Rebel 12, CCG, and Night Edition are not available. They were able to add 12” Infotainment and 9 speaker with sub sound system. Apparently, the leather seats were pulled from Rebel altogether.

Lol, that’s almost the complete opposite of what I’ve seen and heard. I ordered the Rebel 12A, and am hearing that they’ve now eliminated 12A (and you can only order Rebel 12 now). And leather seats are only available with the night edition (rebranded as Rebel Black, or some stupid name like that). This is a major cluster****.

Hey AMS Guru, My salesman just tried to build a 10th Anniversary with the Blue Shade and he claims it's still not available as an option..... He claims that it may show around the first week of October as that's when they do updates for the month but not at least until then.....
Guess I was buttered up....I didn't press him much on it as the Billet Silver I'm excited about...my first RAM departure from white...my salesman doesn't have direct access to the configurator.....🤷‍♂️

If what you were told is accurate, this is getting really bad. I mean a good chunk of this stuff has nothing to do with microchips.

it is not just electronics that are in short supply.
outside los angeles and long beach there are 146 ships waiting to unload with 88 of those out in the water. then it is taking up to 8 days to move the containers because of short train supply.

According to this article back in August, Ram had already dropped the Rebel 12A. Also says the leather seats were moved to Night Edition. But, neither the Night Edition or leather seats can be ordered at all on Rebel.

This is interesting to me since my dealer is about a hour North of yours and I ordered a Limited a day after you. As of this past Saturday I did not have a ship date.

My dealer is about two hours east of @PCHokie, I also ordered a Limited before both of you, and I'm not even in D1.

So I ordered my Rebel 2 days ago, my build is below in my signature. I was able to order almost everything, but had to choose either comfort/convenience group or trailer surround camera. Trailer tow “b”. No Rebel 12a option. I rolled the dice ordering now before something that was a deal-breaker wasn’t available. Dealer says I’ll get what I order. We’ll see...

I believe what my dealer and the POC says that I’ve seen with my own eyes, which is my truck will be built as ordered. I should know pretty soon when the build sheet is created. If the truck is not built how I ordered it, I guess I’ll have to decide if missing options or options added will make me rethink purchasing the truck. Regardless of the answer, nothing I can do today will change any of that. Here is my latest POC from 2 days ago.
Interesting that you were POC doesn’t show invoice, employee pricing, etc. as many of ours too. Including those from Mark Dodge

Since this thread is all over the place….. what’s the groups thought on signing up for the tread lightly membership. I see no limited‘s coming forward yet (which in itself is weird and concerning even though my dealer said I was in D1) which makes me think I have at least 30 days until i see my truck Which is of course the minimum amount of wait time to use the membership toward the purchase.

my dealer simply said…. ‘I’ll take care of you when the truck comes in’ but in this climate and it’s a small dealership I’m worried that I won’t be able to negotiate it below invoice. I guess it’s a small price to pay for a backup plan…. My msrp is $76k. 🙄. Thoughts….. ?

I signed up for it a couple days ago. The $100 is worth the backup plan flexibility. The only issue is that dealers don't have to accept it. My my local dealer reluctantly said they would honor it, but I ended up going with Mark Dodge.

I would do it. I have a similar thought to you. I went ahead and signed up the other day. If Mark Dodge is going to knock another $500 off the price, it's worth it to me to net $400 bucks. There is another program whose name escapes me that is $50 for the same thing.
