You don't need a container to ship a truck, not sure why containers would affect shipping a truck?
I was looking to ship several vehicles to Guam a few months ago, and container ships were the only way. They wouldn’t agree to stack the cars without a steel box around them. Go figure.

Containers for ships, rail car for trains, The rail cars for our trucks are scarce too, compared to the ones that ship sedans. I found this information on the union pacific rail site. Even went as far as getting myself a login through Siemens, that got me one step from tracking by vin#, needed another login for dealers only to see the cars in transit. It shows aerials of the what they call auto ramps, setup for 20,000 vehicles and 30 rail cars, in Salt Lake, Denver, Vegas, Loma Linda, El Paso, Kanas City. That's across the west, I did not look into the east of the Mississippi, different rail lines.

I just realized that ekaz probably doesn’t remember that you’re in Hawaii.

You ordered on 7/19 and don't have a VIN yet? That's a long time. And the POC just lists the individual options and packages selected, not what each package actually consists of. Or any of the standard features your truck will have. For those things you'll be waiting a while, either until RAM finally updates their web site for the 2022s or your truck goes into production and you get the build sheet.
Nah man I don't have a VIN yet. I don't think the order was submitted until August. How does one view the build sheet once it's available?

No build sheet until a it goes into production. The only thing you’ll get until then is a POC, which should show your VIN.

There are some days I'd consider taking a container ship to Guam :)

There is another sticky thread here on the forum with the link/instructions . Once your truck goes into production you can enter your VIN and see your build sheet.

That’s still the running rumor everywhere that I can find. I have no reason to think otherwise, except for a report that Ram Chat is saying “no one has told us anything”.
That said, I haven’t seen heard confirmation froman official source either.

My dealer submitted my order to RAM today and everything was accepted. I have the VON #.

Something interesting is that when I went into the dealer on Sunday 08/01 and they gave me the Configuration Preview sheet, the Limited Level 1 Group MSRP price was $2,995. Now on the POC the MSRP price is $2,295.

NADA build sheet has the MSRP at $2,995.

If the Technology Group is now included in the Limited Level 1 Group, it's strange that the price for that package would drop by $700.

I'm guessing they are discounting it because you got the 10th Anniversary Package, which included the speakers and ventilated rear seats.
