I introduced my Ram to a longhorn ram in the Badlands of SD . Here for a Rally with my US Military Vets Brothers in Rapid City/Sturgis, SD. To satisfy this thread, I also added the DNA of about 500,000 bugs... Sounded like rain hitting the windshield! Done a few things to the Ram over the past couple months. Figured I'd drop them here.

So last post was the upgraded 22" XD wheels. Didn't care to much for the factory 22inch "premiums"
1. Did a full chrome delete.
- Sand blasted the grille and did a paint match.
- Ordered the matte RAM decals from dodge and replaced the chrome ones
- 3M Satin Vinyl wrap on the Limited strip (didnt sell it matte)
- 3M Satin Vinyl on the door handles and mirrors
2. Added a Backflip bed cover. Best investment so far.

Let me know what yall think. Added some before (first 2 pics) and afters.

How hard was it to do the vinyl? I love it!

What are you planning to do about the door handles? Those are the only reason that I haven't removed all of the chrome. I can't find an option to replace.

I'm going to wrap wrap the chrome part with black for the time being, but I've been looking for the PN's that don't have the chrome strip on them. I found the tailgate already and I believe the rear two doors, but I'm having trouble locating the front ones. I might head to my dealer tomorrow morning and see if they can give me all the PN's.

If my truck was black it would have not been a problem haha.

That looks good with the patriot blue! Great......now ill be spending more money. I've only don't the RAM emblem up front.

Thanks! I haven't seen a Patriot Blue with black emblems around my area yet, so I decided to just do it. If you buy the emblems get one of those eraser wheels. Makes life easy.

What color is your truck? I can ask the dealer while I'm there. Just realized your have it on your signature. It's Granite.

The tailgate one is easy to change. The ones I find a little more time consuming are the doors as you have to remove the inside door panels to get to the screws on the back.

I bought them off eBay. I'm usually not a fan of plastidip, but I did plastidip the from chrome inserts on my grille. Wanted to try that out first.
