6"lift and 37"s

Just curious if anyone has a 2021 laramie 1500 with a 6 inch lift and 37" tires and 3:92 gears. Just curious as to how much it affects the power and or towing. I have a 30 foot camper I haul that weighs 5600lbs dry and 7600lbs with full tanks. I am dumping 12k into the start of an overland rig and I'm not sure wether to go 35's or 37"s. Any input would be much appreciated, and or pics as well. And if you are building or have already built an overlander lets see some pics...here is the rack and rear bumper I am installing

Rough guess, but I’ll say half of the group has no idea wtf an “Overlander” is, or what it’s supposed to do ….

That's when I pop the curb at the mall and drive "Over Land" right?
 
Do 37s. With a 6” lift, there’s no reason not to. Or get 35s, then spend the next couple years waiting for them to get bald enough to replace with 37s. I mean, you’re starting with $12k being expertly allocated to this project, do it right.

Just not sure how 1500 components will handle the weight of 37"s over time of being abused off-road

I'm not running 37's, but 35's with 6" lift and 3.21's and I have etorque. I have absolutely zero issues. I can run 75mph semi loaded and maintain 8th gear. Gets off the line extremely well.

My personal opinion is it is more about the weight of the tires, rolling mass. For example my current 35's are 75lbs. Would I be okay going to like a Patagonia MT 37's at 68lbs? YES. Would i want Toyo MT 37's at 84 lbs each? HELL NO!!

Thats about where I'm at, its the weight. Adding 400 lbs has more affect than anyone thinks, its more like 800 lbs in a way, its hard to explain. Thanks for the input.

On weight, the 11.5 37 ridge grapplers are about 100# total per corner on factory 18s. Light enough to handle solo. Not sure how many people have a ton of off-road miles on a truck that came out in 19.
With 3.92s, it still gets within 5% of the mileage with 33s. Tows the jeep just fine for hundreds of miles. Off roads like a champ on the weekends, but I’m not intentionally trying to break it.
Time will tell.

And what Lyft do you have, and is your truck a rebel? And if so are they built the same or do they have heavier-duty components on them because they are a-road version

Lift is in the signature if it shows up on your app- Daystar level in front and homemade air ride links. Maybe 2.5/.5” lift. There’s nothing heavier duty about the rebel, just has more room in the front of the wheel well than yours due to the different front bumper. You’ll likely want to trim the rear of the front wheel well with either 37s or poked out 35s.
