Hmm, I thought that all crew cabs came standard with a 26 Gallon tank, unless you ordered the 33 Gallon option. I'm picking up my new Crew Cab Laramie today, and I didn't order the 33 Gallon, and according to the Build Sheet, it has the 26 Gallon tank. Although, it's not listed what size the tank is on my windowsticker. That's sure odd for yours to come with a 23 gallon tank.

For some reason the etorque crew cabs come with 23 gallon, unless you get the Level 2 (either BH or Laramie) equipement group and the upgrade to 26 gallon is checked when the order is placed. Regular Hemi and 6 cyl are 26 gallon. I think the club cab etorques also come standard with 26 gallon.

Definitely worth getting the biggest fuel tank possible. These rams are thirsty. My commute puts me at about 500 miles a week. I like to fill up on the weekend and than don’t worry about it. My Silverado has a 24 gallon tank but with the duramax on fill up I get about 680 miles. Crazy I’m jumping out. Like I said I fell in love with the rebel.

I went with the 33 because of road-trips, taking the truck into the woods hunting for many days, and just less time having to grab gas. Seemed like a small cost for a big change in range. But I could survive without it!

I’m getting the ecodiesel and if not towing that would be in excess of 1000 miles between fill ups.......my bladder would not like that

The day has arrived! Picked up during a long lunch break. Now I need to make it through the rest of the day with it just sitting in my driveway while I work. So tough. Got a great deal and all the employees at the dealership loved it. Though they said they have never seen a Rebel spec'd up this high.
I did find out that they (RAM) will start to ship only 1 keyfob with each new truck because of the chip shortage (and promise to get the 2nd once supplies kick back in). Thankfully I passed the cut off and got 2 keys.
Mojito green Jeep is what I upgraded from!

That green Wrangler and your Rebel make a bold couple. Shoulda bought them both.

Looks like Ram Chat has caught on to the trick us Canadians were using to bypass the state and zip code check to get updates on our builds and now they won't provide updates at all and direct us back to FCA Canada, who is totally useless and unable to check status. Tried 7 different times, all with different agents today and got the same bogus line that privacy laws prevent them from looking up orders for Canada, even though they have done so multiple times for me in the past. So much for knowing when my truck will be built. D1 was April 29. Dealer is fairly useless and unwilling to look up and just says we'll know when it gets here. The suspense is killing me. 2 months and 1 day after order on 3/10 and now in the dark.....

The great news is one of my cv shaft boots on my current truck just split and is spewing grease everywhere and now I have to fix that so I can tow for the next few months without worrying about a cv exploding while I wait.

Went in to order my first Ram today after work. Did all the paperwork, put down some cash, sales manager chases us down in the parking lot and told us the 2021s are no longer orderable as of 2pm today.

Silver lining: I'll be early on the 2022s and get the new Uconnect and wireless carplay.

I think I'm a long ways out from delivery but the search function didn't do much for how to go about finding out enough to track my order. Anyone willing to help a n00b?

That's just it, I can't. So I'm in limbo for now, waiting to see what the new packages/codes/etc are so when it does open up, I can be in early.

Ohhhh ok. I didn’t understand. So you ended up NOT being able to order and the dealer will just tell you when you can place an order?

So any of the experts please correct me if I’m wrong here, but what I’ve gathered from the reading is that your build sheet will show up when your build has started, and your window sticker will show up when your build is finished, but sometimes guys get both in the same day. Maybe they didn’t check every day or Ram doesn’t upload them daily, not sure. These are the links that I’ve seen people share.
Just put your VIN after the equals sign (no spaces):

Thank you, I'll definitely check back with those links once I have the info, but my issue for the time being is that I don't have anything other than paperwork showing the truck was ordered. Perhaps the dealership will forward some of this to me once things are a little further along, or maybe I need to reach out to the person who ordered this for me.
