Blacked out skid plate

Anyone here had their skid plate blacked out? Just wanted to see if there’s any before I do mine. Planning to blackout the whole face including the RAM letterings.

They're talking about the bumper skid plate that is specific to the rebel front bumper.

The real question is when are you going to get some more pics of your truck posted, I have pretty much the same truck and I'm waiting to see your mods with the new hood and what not. When you swapped the ram badge on the tailgate is that thing adhesive backed and stuck to the tailgate or just held on by clips?

Lol as soon as my bodyshop finishes painting my hood and my appliqué, I’ll post those photos. As far as the badge it’s adhesive and there are some guide pins also. There’s the easy way of taking it off and then there is force. I posted on another forum about my new badge and why I chose as such. For me I want this to be about 3 colors if possible. Billet silver / black / and chrome. My accent color will be purple, yes that’s right a man can also appreciate purple lol so I’ll post those as I go.

Nice the purple is going to look really good, I'm going billet silver, black, charcoal grey and maybe some red accent, like tow hooks brake calipers and maybe the hemi lettering on the hood badge. Taking my time on this truck, I was too hasty on my last one and ended up redoing a lot of things and looked back on 1000s of wasted dollars. Kind of regret not getting the sport as my starting point but oh well that check has already been cashed

I’m hopeful to have my hood painted / installed and happy by this Friday. I won’t have the tailgate piece by then as it’s custom but I’ll post what I do have done by Saturday.
