Recon LED Headlights

Has anyone installed Recon LED headlights like the ones below, they are doing 30% off for cyber Monday and i want to order but want some opinions first.

Got them installed. Unfortunately passenger side turn signal isn’t working & my tail lights never shipped yet. Definitely loving the looks of these though & the figment is great

I talked to recon this morning as i just installed mine, the DRL are wired to only turn on with headlights which doesn’t make sense to me so they are sending me the wiring diagram and told me i could tap fuse the wire for DRL to come on with ignition. Not sure if i am going to do it yet.

I was considering the Recon headlights if you could run the DRL's without the headlights and they dim when you have the headlights on.

But I have not seen anyone with this configuration.

They are brighter than the stock accent lights.

Did you go with LaminX on the fogs or Lasfit yellow LED's?

Those are the switchback from lasfit. I am 50/50 with them. They tend to unsync and are different colors.

I verified with the old headlight that the turn signal worked. I checked the pins on the factory connecter and made sure it had 12v when the turn signal was activated and it did. Then i hooked up a 12v battery to the recon turn signal and it wasn’t working. I contacted them and haven’t heard back yet.

Try and reverse your polarity connection on the turn signal. Recon may have installed the LED the wrong way. LEDs are polarity sensitive.

I am about to pull the trigger on these as well, but I wanted to make sure the beam pattern and output are good. AI'm planning to get the full LED version as well. any feed back about general quality and actual night driving with these would be great. thanks

They fit real nice both headlight and taillights. The taillights are nice and bright & the headlights are like the factory led output.

I found these Spyder branded headlights that looks just like the Recon's, but cheaper. The pictures are even the same. Have you see or heard any feedback on these: Spyder Headlight ?
