Good evening everyone. I’m new to the group. I am on vacation traveling from Los Angeles to brookings oregon. This morning I started my truck went to get coffee turned on my radio and noticed a loud electric noise and then my HK 19 speaker sound system started so not sound right. I figured it was my Bluetooth connection and didn’t bother to check. I then leave the store and open up my rear sliding window drive to where I’m staying and the sound system sounds terrible while using navigation and as I park I try to close the rear sliding window and it gets stuck. I kept pressing the close button and nothing. I opened it again and it went slow to open, I then went to close it it moved about 3 inches and gets stuck finally it starts to close but looks as if it pops out of place. Any ideas as to what is going on?

I thought about that, but the window seems to be off track when I went to close it I had to lift the window a bit and it freed right up. Went to open again went smooth and then the closing boom wouldn’t move more than 3 inches

I will try that. Thanks for the info. As for my sound it sounds like death can’t even make out what it says... sounds like those old blown out cheap 90s headphones

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. Please let me know if you plan on visiting a dealership for this concern. I would be happy to open a case for you.
