My dealer checked it out, and I/we had thought initially that it was coming from under dash leaking coolant or something. Couldn't find anything there, but appears after driving through rain/water so that means it's coming from firewall or under the truck. Are there plugs under there that the truck could have been built without or have failed afterwards. It's a 19 Laramie longhorn 5.7 hemi if it helps.

I apologize for the trouble, @Ram_Feste. If it would be of interest, I would be more than willing to escalate a case on your behalf so that at the least, you and your dealer have the additional support of a specialist in ensuring all resources are exhausted to address this concern.

Good that RamCares is involved - if you search a bit you'll come across two possibilities - runoff from the 3rd brake light (CHMSL) or a poor pinch weld in the wheel well. They seem to be the most common issues which cause water in the footwell

To clarify my original issue, its the front passenger area, under the floor mat. I would think both of those issue items you provided above (and thank you) would present themselves as issues in the rear floorboard?

One would think - but often, many have found out their CHMSL was leaking because enough water trickled down to their pedal box that it could be traced back to the CHMSL.

Hope you get it found! The pinch weld / seam issue sounds more likely due to the nature of driving through water. It’s been a long while since i’ve seen that thread but it was talked about at one point.

Since the water has dried, have you tried tracing it with a flashlight?
