No Backup Camera

I have a 2019 Laramie 4X4 . The backup camera has stopped working. Just a blank screen . Stopped at the dealer and they think it is a software update . Scheduled for Wed. the 13 to update the software. Everthing else is working on the 8.4" screen. Any ideas ?? No codes.

I went out this morning and it is working as it should . I was at the dealer yesterday and they couldn't get to work . Called them up and they said that was probably doing a software update via U-Connect yesterday.

Mine was having issues since almost the start. Would show up like in the photo; sometimes just once, other times would last a day or two. Every time I mentioned it in service the camera was working fine and would be told that it had to be currently acting up for them to diagnose. A month ago the camera completely went out; since then my truck has had several other electrical issues. Good luck!

2019 Laramie 4x4 After sitting for 2 Days I drove it maybe 5 miles then wanted to back in my garage. Put it in reverse and the radio locked up on backup camera. I tried to push the control button and not response just a black screen. Shut it off radio and truck for about5 minutes still nothing any suggestions?
