Looking for info on Problems with 2019 ram big horn 1500

I have problems with the A/C once I turn it off after around 1 hour of using it makes a noise like if I was pinching the end of a ballon while releasing air slowly.
I took it to the dealership
1st time they couldn’t duplicate it .
2nd time they Could and they worked on it but within a week started doing the same noise so I took it in.
A 3rd time And they said they changed more parts and re-charged my A/C I’m wondering if anyone else has these problems ?
