I was looking at a wiring diagram of 2019 DT (supposedly 5.7 eTrq) and noticed this:

Do our trucks use some kind of bypass valve? Like in those "active exhaust" systems? Can't seem to find any info on this. I'm new to DT (and RAM in general) and trying to learn as much as possible about our trucks. Any ideas, ladies and gentlemen?

I’d love to get my hands on wiring diagrams. Is this available publicly?

Yep, available publicly, though not free. Visit Techauthority.com - you can purchase subscription and view and download all official shop / service documentation (which I did: 3 days for $36 was enough for me) and it includes wiring diagrams. Warning: It's a bit of a PITA to download all the individual files.
Your other option there is to buy the whole thing on USB for some $120 and that's probably what I'd do now. Cannot guarantee if this includes diagrams, though.

Unless Tech Authority has now added wiring diagrams to their USB service manual, when I purchased mine about a year ago, it did not include diagrams.
