Did you paint all of the body color parts or wrap them?

Everything was professionally painted, no wraps. Forgot the door handles, those were painted body color as well
Looks great, love the wheels. How are those mirror covers, I’m debating ordering some. Did you consider having them painted while having all the other stuff done?

Great job!

Looks awesome. Debating doing something similar with my limited eventually.

What area are you in? I’m thinking about painting or wrapping just the grey slats and nostrils of my grille body color. About how much was your paint work for just your grille if you don’t mind me asking?

Love it. This is the color I should have gotten and I would've done the exact same things.

Only thing I personally woulda did different is add Nitto Tires and have the exhaust tips black.

Great looking truck, do you like black on the roof?

Thank you everyone, I love the way it turned out!

I bought the mirror covers from the Ram dealer in AZ everyone uses. They look great and are very inexpensive. The install sucked. I did the suction cup method on that thread in here and unfortunately part of the mirror motor cover came off with it... Took me 3 hours to put it back together and if I wasn't able to do it, it would have been a $900 mirror replacement as Ram doesn't sell just the motor. I would suggest having a pro do the install... I thought breaking the glass was worst case scenario, this was far worse... I had already done the mirrors before I decided to paint everything else or I probably would have had them do everything...

I'm in north Dallas, TX area. I don't know how much the grill itself was as I just got an overall quote. It was expensive at $2800 for all the paintwork, however, not many shops will paint over "chrome" and warranty it. The guys I used do it all the time and warranty it for 3 years... Also, it is quite a bit of labor to remove the door handles and window surround trim so I sucked it up and got it done right.

Thank you! I almost put Nitto 420S's on it, but I didn't want the truck to look too street since it's a 4x4. I also almost went the other way with Nitto Terra or Ridge Grapplers, but I love how quiet the truck is and how nice it rides and I just couldn't do an A/T tire. The Bridgestone was a nice in between.

The exhaust tips are Black Chrome, they just don't photograph well. I didn't want matte black since everything else was gloss.

Which black on the roof? The antenna? If so, yes, I like the contrast.

Did not notice the exhaust tips from the picture but that's perfect - good contrast.

I've went from the Big horn stock wheels and tires to the laramie ones and now I have the Limiteds with the A/T Falkens. Never even noticed a difference in road noise from all those switches if that helps you. I also just ordered the Nitto Ridge Grapplers yesterday to replace the Falkens - dont expect a big difference in road noise on that either but I will report back.

Great looking truck! I did a lot of very similar mods on my Granite Crystal Limited. One question: how did you black out the window trim? I ordered the OEM black trim, but still have never gotten clear directions on the removal and replacement of the stock chrome. It’s plati-dipped for now, but I don’t want that long-term.

The body shop that did all the paint, removed and painted the chrome trim then reinstalled it.

I just moved from north Dallas about 2 months ago... I just want the dark grey slats and nostrils painted or wrapped on my grille so I’m sure it would be much cheaper. I like my chrome. Lol

Looks similar to mine...i ended up just buying new prepainted door handles and mirror covers because it was less than the body shop was charging me to paint them. I removed the body side modeling and debadged. All the paint work in IL cost me 1800...grill, ram emblem front and back, the hood inserts and the window moldings

You have anymore photos of your truck? I have the same color and looking for ideas on how much chrome to delete , but still might keep some...
