I noticed this morning the water line on the headliner is out to about the half way point of the speaker grilles, and and on the sides it's up to the leading edge of the microphone grilles.
Now I'm wondering if the speakers are are going to be damaged as well.
Bad thing is I'll bet you when I go to the dealer Thursday they'll say "Yep you gotta leak, We'll have to schedule it back in later to work on it". My OCD is killing me that my truck has a imperfection right behind my head going down the road.

And the list goes on! Thanks Biga . Got a feeling I'm going to have a lot to keep an eye on and ask about when they tear into this.

I have 600 miles on mine, I have cracks in the rear window and a wet Rattling headliner. I’m wondering if instead of pulling the headliner out the windshield, why they can’t send it through the back window when it’s out when they replace that.

They can. They replaced my headliner through the back window.

I’ve been keeping an eye on my headliner for leaks. Can someone please tell me where exactly to inspect for the cracked window frame?

the cracks on mine are on each side of the slider on the top of the window in the plastic.

Well had it at the dealer yesterday for the water leak / stained up headliner. They say it's the brake light leaking, I had looked at the back glass and don't see any visible cracking so I tend to believe them at this point.
They ordered a new headliner, brake light assy, and the tech also found that one of the black trim strips that go all the way down the top was messed up and very loose right at the end above the rear window so he had them order that as well.
Service manager said it will take a bout a week to get the parts. So far so good with this dealer, much better already than the one where I initially purchased the truck. Cautiously optimistic they may actually care, we'll see how they do with actual installation of the headliner.

they have to pull my headliner too. The thought of it makes me want to puke. $56,000 truck. Every window is tinted, allot of electronics up there. I hope they get it right and don’t mess anything else up in the process.

I really don’t think it’s that bad of a job. I’ve had mine replaced for months now and no issues...

Well, my daughters noticed the stain in the back of my Limited. I guess it is time to call the dealer and execute the warranty. This sucks!

Does anyone know if the replacement third brake light assembly, or at the seal part of it is any different the the one used at the factory? Or will we be doing this again a few miles down the road?
Or did the factory just botch the installation in the first place?

Same part on mine they put some permaseal around it to help ensure it doesn’t leak.

Just discovered a leak which is probably the 3rd break light or shark fin. Already had rear window replaced. They are different in characteristics - rear window frame had cracks and water followed the crack lines. This one is just showing on headliner. Emailed dealer, going to call previous FCA enhanced customer service representative I worked with earlier. I'm going to consult with lemon lawyer if I get one more leak with this truck-this is actually the third now; sunroof drain tubes, cracked and leaking rear slider, now this.

I replaced my brake light myself and the part number that was stamped on the replacement was different then the one that came off the truck, so maybe something was improved. I'm guessing they original got warped just enough to keep it from sealing properly anymore.

There is a STAR Case on this problem for 2019 Rams (DT body), Number S1923000007, dated 2/06/2019. No parts are required. Remove and inspect the gasket, replace if necessary. Reinstall and re-torque per the instructions.

Please find enclosed a copy of the STAR Case.

Will water damage my headliner? Dealership said they are just gonna clean it. Is this ok?
