A65 Rebel level 2 package???

Does anyone know what is included in this package? It is listed as an option on the build sheet for a 2019 canadian sport, and i can't seem to find any info relating to it online.

I am looking to buy a sport with 22" wheels , 3:92 rearend and trailer brake controller to replace my 2017 night edition. This one has the equipment i want and some extras so hopefully it works out.

go build one on teh ram website, if you click on package 2 it tells you everyrthing.
