Jerking brakes-truck

Having a problem with letting off brake at a stop and no throttle truck jerks
Also under 1 mph pulling out of parking space the truck jerks also jerks if you keep it under 1-2mph and pressing brakes while keeping at a constant 1mph truck jerks. Very annoying and embarrassing when in bumper to bumper traffic and I have passengers in the truck. Plz help if anybody has the same symptoms with a fix. Truck has 3500 miles on it

I was reversing this afternoon and the engine's RPMs were constantly jumping between 600 and 900rpm creating a very noticeable jerk. This is the third time I've noticed this. I'm at 1300 miles on my limited.
