Had My 2019 Laramie at the dealer this morning for a popping/rattling noise coming from the front end after a test drive with the service guy they are going to replace the left side sway bar link but the problem is they are on back order until June. I felt like I got great service from my dealer but do not understand two things. 1. why not replace both sides? with one bad I am sure it stresses the other side more. 2. how can they be on back order if the trucks are still coming off the Assembly line?. This must be a bigger problem then they realize. to me the links look a little flimsy for the job, but I am not an engineer

We had a similar problem last week with our Laramie. They claimed it was just the sway bar needing retorqued. The noise is gone away so possible that fixed it.

Hello CharlieP,

Is there a case on the customer care side? Please send us a direct message as we'd be glad to escalate one for further handling.

This.

My right side was loose, simply tightening it made it good to go. I don't understand why FCA's repair is to replace the unit.. I highly doubt it damages it in the couple hundred/thousand miles it clunks around on occasion.
