Screen Themes not working

Is anyone having trouble with the themes for their touchscreen/gauge cluster? As you know the theme can be changed with different colors and fonts etc, which changes on the gauge cluster as well. When I change the theme, the touch screen stay on the one I wanted, but the gauge cluster reverts back to the factory setting. It will stay on the theme on wanted for a day then changes back to the original. Not sure if this is a glitch in the system or what.

You go into the unconnect settings and click on display. You will see a tab called theme

You have a few choices, but you can't really "change" the theme, just modify colors and some screen graphics. Every trim has different theme choices.
 
I do not have that option with my Laramie. Is that normal?
 
Mine changes the driver display to Limited theme, and default Longhorn theme. Also nav screen changes. From Default, Fiat, but the others choices look the same. The Longhorn (default) appears to be most graphical detailed.
 
Mine does not have themes. Uconnect 8.4 without nav. Is it supposed to?

My 2014 8.4 had several background options. One was a image of a longhorn. So maybe they changed it. The background came with a later software update.
 
I have the 8.4 nav and have the exact same issue with the instrument cluster defaulting back. Also every once in a while my Sirius presets and tool bar setup at the bottom will revert back to default. So aggrevating. My dealer looked at it and sent the info to Chrysler. Just waiting for approval to replace the unit.

Let me know what happens with that. Im curious if the unit is defective or its not some type of software update.
 
No themes tab here. 2019 Bighorn. Are they not doing them anymore?

I dont have the tab either but I believe its because I dont have navi. I think the themes only come with the navi
 
I have the bighorn with level2 package and nav and I have the theme options.
