Any ideas? Pull the plastic door open and there is this thing. If you pull the string a handle comes out.

Very important if you need a tow with a disabled truck. You can't disable the park setting with the engine not running with out this emergency park release. I also found my quick jacks could not safely lift my truck due the lifting also involved pulling the truck forward about a foot. If you are disabled and want to have the truck pushed off the highway this unlock strap is vital..
