No traded it with them on. Gonna level this one too, but only get 33.2 this time. We did 33.6 on last 2019 with level and ride did suffer, so going to try a little bit smaller set up...Wanted something blacker this time.

i photoshopped (not the best mock up but u can get a general idea- All black or Mill accents?!) badging will blacked out IF we go with a completely black wheel- or leave chrome with the chrome accents... .. the Raceline Shift or the Fuel Sledge? Opinion?! thanks!

I actually like the idea of keeping some color in the wheels instead of going completely black. Like a black rim with gunmetal accents or something.........but if I had to choose from your options I would go with the all black sledge for sure. Don’t like the race line at all.

Dumped my tow mirrors and added power folding with color matched covers, sourced mirrors (that also have cameras built in) from eBay, switch, modules, color matched covers from dealer, and purchased S/G module from from infotainment and the OBD genie from them directly. Saved about $600 from sourcing the mirrors on eBay and purchasing things separately. Now on to selling the tow mirrors to recoup some more of the costs, all in all I should be out about $600 after I sell my tow mirrors -good riddance!

Nice. Glad someone figured that problem out. I noticed you have bigger tires on. Did you level it at all?

Thanks it wasn't too bad. No level, (air suspension) only minor rubbing on plastic fender liners at full lock in entry/exit mode. Toyo OC A/T, ride nice considering 10ply (way nicer than my Interco trxus A/T on my 3rd gen)

Removed those bright yellow warning stickers from the visors!! Made for a MUCH cleaner look! View attachment 21501
How did you do this? I started this on the drivers side but couldn't get the glue that was left behind to come off. I tried acetone and rubbing alcohol neither did the trick, and it left a noticeable area where the sticker used to be so I stopped operations and now I'm missing about a 1/2" x 1" piece of the sticker.

Grrrr that's what hubby wants... But all black look great tooooo, right?! lol

I definitely don’t mind the all black look. Someone once commented on the all black wheel: why get a nice wheel in all black? The color makes it harder to see the style of the wheel. I think it’s a good point now that’s all I can think of. But in the end I’m all for not leaving it stock even though that’s what I’m doing lol (well sort of).

yeah, i hear that. Ppl making comments that "get stuck in my head and then i can't see any way else" need to go live on an island somewhere...lol j/k!

I had lusted after an all blacked out for years but never did get one. When i finally was ready, (around 10 years ago) Ram came out with their Night Rider, and i was all set to get one. then this guy in a forum said he thinks when a manufacturer gets on board and designs a truck with the trend, they are already TWO years TOO late".... i couldn't get that out of my head for a really long time, and it took a 2019 to make me "revisit the idea of getting one" but i finally did and love, love, love it : ) : )

You’re right an island might not be a bad idea lol. I really wanted this truck in different color since I was coming from a black car but I’ve been extremely happy that I got it in black. The Ram in black with the sport hood just looks so mean and aggressive to me and I love that.

Took a little time, but used nothing but a little steel wool and Goof Off.

I had the same trouble on my Jeep so instead of continuing to make mess, I opted for pixeldecals.com sun visor cover up. Now these are made specifically for the Jeep JL. However, you can cut them down. I'll be ordering some later this week. And they also have some funny ones too. https://www.pixeldecals.com/shop/OEM-Style-Decals/Sun-Visor-Warning-Cover-Up-Decals
