Stellantis Launches Simplified Connected Services for U.S. Drivers

Essential Features Now Free for 10 years, with Premium Upgrades Available On Demand

Stellantis is introducing a brand-new, simplified connected services lineup for U.S. customers, making things easier to understand — and more valuable — for owners of Dodge, Jeep®, Ram, and FIAT vehicles. Starting this month (July 2025), buyers and lessees of new and eligible used vehicles will get access to two easy-to-choose packages: Connect ONE and Connect Wi-Fi PLUS.

Two Straightforward Packages – 

Dodge Connect App. (Dodge).

Connect ONE is included at no extra charge for 10 years and comes with a bunch of useful tools right out of the gate. That includes over-the-air (OTA) software updates, vehicle health reports and alerts, automatic SOS calls, recall notifications, remote lock/unlock, and the new Digital Key feature, which lets you start and access your vehicle with your phone — if the vehicle supports it. There’s also basic navigation, EV charging tools, and even some in-vehicle games to keep things fun on the go.

Connect Wi-Fi PLUS is the optional upgrade that turns your car into a fully connected tech hub. For $17.99/month after a free 3-month trial (if you sign up within 30 days of purchase), you’ll unlock unlimited Wi-Fi for up to eight devices, advanced remote features like climate control and remote start, stolen vehicle tracking, real-time traffic info, gas prices, last-mile navigation, Amazon Alexa built-in, and even smart home integration.

There’s also a helpful feature called Drive Alerts, which is perfect for families — you can set speed limits, location boundaries, and usage hours to monitor young or shared drivers.

Stellantis states that the new system was developed based on customer feedback. Connect ONE now offers key services, including remote lock/unlock and vehicle health updates, for a full 10 years — up from the previous three to five years — providing drivers with long-term peace of mind.

Availability and What to Know – 

Ram Connect App. (Ram).
  • Available now for new and eligible used Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT models

  • Chrysler and Alfa Romeo vehicles will be added soon

  • Existing customers with eligible vehicles can activate the new features starting this month

  • Not all features are available on every vehicle — it depends on brand, model, and trim

  • Services like SiriusXM and Hands-free Active Driving remain unchanged

  • Older models like the 2025 and earlier Dodge Durango, Chrysler Pacifica, and Jeep Compass keep their original setup

To activate the services, simply visit your dealership during vehicle delivery, or access the brand’s app or website. Canadian customers will see similar updates later this year, and Stellantis plans to expand connected offerings globally.
