I'm sorry I'm ignorant to all this. I want a little more sidewall than 285/45/R22 offers so I found these Nitto 285/50/R22 but according to discount tire they won't fit my truck. I have '19 Limited air ride with 22" wheels.
33.2x11.69 Is what that tire officially is. I believe it would work. You would want to make sure you have the truck programmed for the new size. Your spare tire would need to be upgraded (275/70/18)
The discount tire website says it will not fit because it is not a factory tire size. Talk to your local discount tire and see if they will test fit one for you on the front. I’m confident you’ll be fine with the height it’s the width I’m a little worried about. Just want to make sure it clears the upper control arm.
Rough country sells a very easy to use programmer for the tire size and they sell quarter inch spacers for around $40. With the spacer you definitely will be able to clear the upper control arm and run that size. I’m running quarter inch spacers on my factory wheels and tires right now.
