won't save volume levels after update

Hello,
I just got FCA-MY23.T27.46-PROD last week. Since then it won't save any of the volume levels I set in Audio/Audio settings. Especially the Navigation voice. It's on so loud it's downright frightening.
Anyone else having this issue?
Any recommendation for a fix?

Yeah it's glitchy in the settings, but it will remember your last volume setting if you adjust it with the volume knob while it's actively speaking. This works for audio as well.

I didn't think I could adjust the nav volume, I'll try it out and report back.

Same issue here with 25 Laramie, can’t for the life of me get it to remember my volume presets other than radio vol. everytime the truck is restarted they all go back to 15, which is way too loud

Mine has always been this way. Seemed like it saved a couple of times over the years, but only for a short time. Really makes no sense.

Mine has always been this way as well. Factory radio volume settings are saved, but anything else (factory nav, CarPlay, etc) reset to 15 every power cycle. Our 2020 Grand Cherokee is the exact same way.

Change the volume while using the feature in question. If using the phone, adjust volume while active. If using maps, adjust volume while talking. It will save them then.

tbh, 23RAM, it used to work that way. for me at least, that last update broke that. it doesn't save anymore. what is more annoying is the default setting it reverts to is very loud and startling.

I'm on the same version and no issues with it here. Maybe try resetting the radio by holding the power button for 15 seconds until it turns itself off.

New 2025 Laramie, saved profile 1 to key fob, reset/deleted profiles still won't remember the audio volumes.
Performed a master reset, set and saved all the settings, logged in my profile from the cloud.
Still will not save the volumes.
2014 did the same, 11 years later still not corrected?

Received an over the air Uconnect update Sunday, I was hoping the volumes would start saving......
They do, only if you raise them above the 15 default......
Dealer tried two other Laramie's with the same build as mine and both would not save the volumes. She reported this to Stellantis, will see if they get a reply.

I adjust the volumes while using each of the features. Turned the truck off for 30 seconds. When I started it they all reset to 15.

Maybe your profile is corrupted - try deleting your profile and recreating.

Here is the latest update version.
I have tried deleting all profiles, done a master reset.
Still won't save any volume below 15.

Oh wait, I never tried to save below 15. All of my levels are above 15 except the radio volume which I always turn down to 7-8 when I get out and it remembers that. Maybe the others are like that on purpose as some sort of safety requirement?

Returned from two 300 mile trips with stops/restarts.
I made point to set the VR, Phone ring and call volumes below 15 and saved it on the memory door buttons.
Each time, back up to 15, any above saved.
Text message comes and makes person jump.
Will have to live with it.......

I’ve now found that the lowered volume levels do seem to be saved with the profile, but do not load properly on startup (revert to 15). After startup, if I then power-cycle the radio while the truck is running (hold volume button for 10-15 sec), the radio restarts and loads the saved volume levels too. I’d be curious to see if others can replicate this behavior. 2025 big horn.
