I have a 2021 1500 longhorn. Very base model. I do not have heated seats.
Any reason I cannot trace these wires down, fuse the panel, and use this for some other accessories? Thinking wireless phone charger, a couple usb, and a 12v plug.

Even if you had the "module-comfort seat and steering wheel" that controls power to the connectors, already in the truck, it would be, IMO, too much of a hassle to fool the system to believe that the heating elements were actually there.
See if the F13 and 03 positions are populated in the interior PDP, if so, just tap them and run your own wires.
