Wireless usb adapter?

I travel a lot and in order to use navigation I have to have my phone plugged in which means it is charging all the time. Does anyone use usb wireless adapters instead of having your phone plugged in?

The newer phones and infotainment systems can use Bluetooth. It's what I use without plugging in, but I have the latest of both. Seems I read about someone using different methods to connect, but that is just an extremely faint recollection.

I have a new Samsung S25 and my Ram is a 2020 with Uconnect 4 8.4. I don't think it works without being wired.
