Winter rim difference ?

I’m looking for winter rims and RAM has 2 18” steel wheels listed. Does anyone know the difference between 04755196AC which is listed as a full-size steel spare wheel and the 5YD43S4AAC which is listed as a 18” steel wheel. Both are 7.5”.

Just a guess, but probably the differences are one is black (spare) and the other is silver for the base Tradesman
