Windshield replaced Pieces and parts

So today I had my windshield replaced as mine had a crack after being hit by a rock. After it was replaced and the technician left I found 3 small rubber buttons. One on the ground and 2 in the passenger seat. Does anyone know what they are. Am I going to be miserable with rattles and bumps now?

Looks like the little bumpers that are where the trim behind the mirror meets the windshield. If you take the cover off I’d bet they are missing. Mine fell off pretty easy when I had it down to change the rain sensor.

I Went out and looked at it and yep thats what it was all three were missing. Plus the guy broke the right side tabs on the upper cover... Frigging ***&*le.. I’m calling tomorrow and making them replace it. Thanks

Glad you found the source, and discovered the broken piece sooner rather than later. Hopefully they don’t give you too much trouble in replacing it.
