If a a fix is found I don’t mind applyping it myself. Although my dealership is awesome when it comes to customer service

That rubber seal does nothing. It's most likely your rear cab vents.

Coming from a 2014 Laramie, I do notice more wind noise in my 2020. I keep looking over my right shoulder to the back, passenger side. However, it could be the panoramic roof.
