When I drive my truck into a strong headwind I can almost feel a draft through the cab and get wind noise from the front windows. Activating the recirculation seems to help quite a bit not all of it. Has a solution been figured out for this? Seals look ok.

Thank You

sounds normal and possibly just a equalizing of pressure with it on re circ. Another vehicle I drive with the sunroof tilted has a noticeable change in sound when that setting is changed. Just my guess.

we re pushing a brick thru the wind, LOL. Got to be noise. How much is normal , not sure?

Mine makes a very annoying noise at highway speeds if the recirc is on. Sometimes it does it with the recirc off and I have to turn the recirc on and then back off to get it to stop. Using recirc is not an option, unless I crank the radio up loud. VERY ANNOYING!

Agreed. Radio up maybe is the best answer. I like the truck otherwise

well I do remember reading somewhere about some years and cowling noises or unsealed firewall areas. sorry can t remember more. maybe you ll find it.

Yes, there is a guy on here who found there is an area on the firewall where air gets in. The entire dash assembly has to be removed. HUGE JOB!

Mine is very dependent on wind speed/direction. It only does it with a really strong side wind from the passenger side.

Sometimes turning on recirc stops it and sometimes turning off recirc stops it. HVAC off always stops it.

Pretty much what I have as well.
