Will wheel and tire size change ride quality?

Will going from the stock 275/65R18 Goodyear Wrangler Fortitude to 275/65R20 Goodyear Wrangler Trail Runners AT change the ride quality at all? The sidewall and width are the same. The only difference is a bigger wheel, taller tire, and tread pattern.

It shouldn’t change the ride quality that much if at all .
