2022 Rebel going with 2.5" Motofab leveling kit and UCA's. Will 295/70r18 on factory rebel rims fit? Any scrubbing? Trying to avoid any scrubbing and trimming, but want a 34" tire and something wider. May also get wheel spacers.

I think you should be fine. Each truck is slightly different, but I have 295/65r20 on 20x9 +10 offset wheels and had slight rubbing at full lock. I removed the stock mud flaps and removed the little tab they were attached to and everything is good to go. My tires are 35's and only rubbed slightly. If you want to play it safe, you could go with a 285/75r18 and keep the 34" tire with slightly less width while still being wider than stock.

Here is my truck with the 35's for reference (3" front spacer and 2" rear). 20220108_094137.jpg

I have 2021 Ram bighorn 4wd. Not ORG or anything. Installed motofab 2.5" space and put 295/65r20 on stock bighorn wheels. Fit's without rubbing.

Only thing I had to trim was a small piece of the thin, flimsy plastic inside the front passenger wheel well. The liner was warped from engine heat and curling out towards the tire. Cut it straight and it doesn't rub anywhere else.

I just put Yokohama Geolandar X-AT 295/70R18, which is slightly oversized (34.6x12 vs 34.3x11.6) tire on my truck with a 2.5” lift. I had some rubbing which required zip tying the wheel well liners out of the way and some minor trimming of the mini-mud flaps. Nothing major.

That’s on +1 wheels, the equivalent of a 3/4” spacer.

So my vote is yes, they should fit with your 2.5” level.

This thread is almost 2 years old. But i can tell you from experience that it will work and you will probably not need to trim.
