Will Laramie fender flares fit a rebel?

No worries, we all are wrong sometimes. Looks can be deceiving. ;)
I just see the difference on the road, and never noticed that seam, even in my pictures, until I blew them up to show the headlight difference. Then it was oh sh1t, I'm an idiot.

Well now I have a question. When looking at post 17, it clearly shows the fender to filler panel angle is the same on both. Is the fender the same and just the headlight/filler panel different? Or, is it just the drawing they put together that could be wrong? The pictures in post 17 and post 18 clearly make the fender appear the same and the smaller headlight is addressed with a larger filler panel.1.PNG

To answer the OPs question. No they will not fit on a Rebel. The bumper filler panel between the headlights and bumper isn't as tall on the Rebel models as the rest of the 1500 Rams regardless of model.

This is due to the Rebel bumper being moved up higher than the rest of the 1500s. This makes finding aftermarket fender flares for the Rebel difficult at this moment. Currently there is only one model other than factory Rebel fenders flares that will fit and they are Rebel specific:

If you try to mount any model fender flare other than a Rebel to a Rebel they would be approximately 1" to long on the front leading edge of the front fender flares.

Interesting. I want body colored fender flares so I guess my only option is to have mine painted. I was hoping to just be able to find some oem painted ones in good shape and put them on.

Look at posts #19 and 21. I admitted I was wrong, that I never noticed the seam, until I zoomed in on my own pictures.

Thanks for getting this thread back on track 🍻

I have some bushwacker fender flares that need to be painted. What did those that have them pay to be painted? I may get a quote to wrap them.
