Will 34" spare tire fit under there?

Unfortunately my truck isn't here yet. I have some 285/55R22s waiting to go on (34.3"), and have a cheap 20" wheel I got for the spare area with the intent of having a matching height spare. I have access to get a really cheap used 275/65R20 tire, but I don't know if a 34" spare will fit under there without removing the shield(s). Has anyone put a matching-height spare under there with 34"+ tire?

Any update on this? I just bought the same tire size and was wondering if I could purchase a 5th and stick it under there.

Bumping this to see if anyone has gotten a 275/65r20 to fit the spare location under the truck.
