Which infotainment is giving all the problems the 8 inch or 12

I have the 8 inch. It stands to reason that since the 12 inch migrated the hard buttons onto the 12 inch screen that it may have more chances for issues but other than that I would say the software is largely the same so in reality it may not matter too much.
