Which Bed Extender fits better: MOPAR 82215724 or AMP Research BedXTender HD Max?

My truck is 2021 RAM 1500 Limited w/o rambox. And I installed MOPAR bed cargo rail with BakFlip MX4 truck bed cover. People in this fourm frequently mentioned two bed extender as follows:
1. MOPAR 82215724(https://www.moparonlineparts.com/sku/82215724.html). This one comes with a RAM logo.
2. AMP Research BedXTender HD Max(https://www.carid.com/amp-research/...um=order&utm_campaign=order_notification_mail)

Does anyone here have any opinion which one would be a better fit for my truck without interference with my MX4 truck bed cover and MOPAR bed cargo rail? I believe the installation process is the same which would require drilling 3-holes on each side to mount a bracket. Price wise they're almost the same.

Amp makes the Mopar. So they should fit the same.

Any will fit for even the Mopar one you still have to put together yourself and adjust the fitment, it is easy though. With my 2019 I had, I went the Mopar route with everything I added. I loved the Ram badge on the Mopar one. I have the Amp on my Tundra and my F150 and they worked just as well as my Mopar one.
