Ram has offered 22” wheels for a few years now, so that size is fine. What matters more is offset and tire size, what wheels are you considering?
If you use it off-road, remember that a larger wheel generally means less side wall on your tires. This means a rougher ride and more likely to damage a wheel when off-roading. If you don’t off-road, it doesn’t really matter much.
