My uncle just bought a new 2020 Laramie sport with black out package. Noticed that the rear wheel well plastic covers are missing. Or is this an option on this truck. Looks to me like there missing looks terrible.

Yea, the Laramie Longhorn or the Limited they are standard, they aren't that expensive to add on.

Just another easy money grab. They're not standard on the Rebel either, and I've been lazy about adding them.

Sadly what you would think would come on a $62K vehicle does not, but easy enough to add. :)

Ford doesn't put them on standard either. Not sure about GM. I think a majority of truck buyers couldn't care less about it.

They aren’t even standard on king ranch F150’s I know. Not sure about their platinum or limited models.

They definitely clean up the rear wheel well, I just feel hard pressed to spend another $200 for something that most likely costs $40 in plastic and manufacturing costs.

Pick up a can of Rust-Oleum bed-liner spray and spray all the painted metal. It will look great.
Last week I painted the bottoms of my Limited running boards. I love the look and finish. From 10 feet away or more my factory boards pop.

Any pictures of this? I wanted to put some bedliner on the top of my running boards as they are slick when wet but would consider both sides if it looks good.

I’d advise against this and would recommend the rear wheel liners. The amount of crap that makes it over this 1/3rd liners and gets stuck in the bumper is unreal. The liners stop that crap from accumulating.

Case in point, look how much crap I pull out of my Rebel that did not have the rear liners. This was one of the first things I purchased for my truck.

I’m still upset RAM cheaped out in this regard. It’s a downgrade from the prior generation. Luckily my 2019 Classic still has them standard. Hardly any dealers here have this option in their trucks for sale.
