Wheel Touch Up Paint

Recently got new tires on and after inspecting post-install I noticed some minor scratches. Of course the installer denied all wrong doing and blamed me, not the case but beside the fact. I have the black rims and wanted to see if there is black touch up paint for them.

I am also looking for this but it is 100% entirely my fault because I don't know curbs exist apparently.
