say i was to do a 2.5 leveling kit and go with 35X11.50 instead of 35X12.50 on a +1 offset.. what are the chances the setup will rub??

money back guarantee Lol?
I mean if you search through the forums you’ll find tonnnns of guys running that setup. Most with 12.5 wide tires. So if you’re running 11.5” tires and +1 offset I can’t see how you could possibly rub in any scenario, that’s a mild fitment

It’s kinda hard to search things in this forum honestly but I swear literally thousands of guys run that setup. Also look at the gallery on customoffsets.com and you’ll see plenty of people running the same or similar setups. But I’m telling you, there’s no way you’ll rub with that. I mean hell there’s a guy on here with 2.5” level with 37x12.50 tires and he barely rubbed at all

+1 setup you should be able to run 12.5 wides. I have stock wheels which I believe are +19 or something. And 295/65r20. So they come out to a little taller than a x35 tire and 12" wide. No rub for me with a 2.5" front leveling spacer.

Sure, just send in your receipt and the group will gladly reimburse you!

Yea, plenty of people run oversized tires with minimal lift. Probably just fine on the road. I wouldn't try to keep up with a jeep on the Rubicon trail stretching it's springs out but if the most your axle articulates is running over a curb while turning too sharp in the parking lot, you will be fine.

i would have to slightly modify for sure. i seen users do the 12.50 wide tires on a +1 offset and they rub during full lock turns iirc.

i did end up ordering SL rated 305/55R20 tires though. One due to the guaranteed no rubbing/scrubbing fitment and two due to the non harsh ride of an LT rated tire. I was heavily looking at the 295/60R20 and 285/60R20 but passed on those due to the tires being too narrow for my desires as well as the stiffer ride quality characteristic.

The SL rating will be great for ride quality. However the new Nitto Recon Grappler just released 315/60r20 (35x12.50r20) in a SL or XL load rating. For me that would 100% be the tire I’d get. 305/55r20 could probably even fit without the level id assume

I saw that sucker too Lol. If i was running a 4 inch lift or bigger then those tires would’ve fit comfortably onto my truck.

Came across these today and very interested in the running a SL 35 to preserve the ride quality. And only 58 lbs is a nice bonus. I have a ram limited on order and getting ready to instal the revel kit upon arrival. Think these would fit good with just a 2.5 level, 0 offset wheel? Also saw the Recons in a 305/55/22 (35.2 x 12) SL that may work on the stock wheels. Thoughts on fitment/leaving enough clearance in fender?

They should definitely fit with just some minor plastic trimming/heating up! If you keep the stock 22s you’ll just need to run wheel spacers to prevent the tires from hitting the knuckle
